Paula Daniels ,

Loved this episode

Thank you for giving us a little more background to Masters of the Air. My husband and I have been watching as my husband’s uncle was a B-17 radio tech/gunner based in Foggia, Italy from 1943-1944. Uncle Mickey enlisted after the bombing of Pearl Harbor as many young men did. This series and your podcast really help us understand the danger these guys encountered, it’s mind-blowing! And makes us respect our American soldiers so much more.

The history of 'Masters of the Air' with an Aviator Turned Historian

Loved this episode Jenn and Scott! It was so fascinating to hear the history of aviation during WWII and how it helped shape future aviation. I am a huge fan of Masters of the Air and your podcast. My two favorite characters from this show is Buck and Bukeye. I also loved Curtis too. Like you Jenn, I sympthazie too with the aviators and how they have to make split second decisions up in air that may or may not go against the plan that their superiors had created down on the ground. Keep up the good work!
